J.A.M.S. is for kids in 6th, 7th and 8th grades and is run in coordination with Redeemer’s Confirmation program. J.A.M.S. provides fun fellowship opportunities throughout the year and prepares our middle school students for Redeemer’s senior high youth program.

JAMS Pool Party! To kick off our summer events… we’re having a POOL PARTY! Join us on Wednesday, June 22nd from 2pm – 4pm at the home of Rick & Denise McDonald (long-time Redeemer members & my parents). This is a FREE EVENT with snacks included! Summer JAMS & RYG! Middle Schoolers (JAMS) & High Schoolers (RYG) are hanging out on Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm ALL SUMMER LONG! It starts on Wednesday 6/29 and continues each week throughout the summer – NO COST! JAMS meets on the playground for dinner, lots of games, and a devotion! RYG meets downstairs in the Youth Room for dinner & Bible Study! This is a great opportunity for that families with high schoolers AND middle schoolers because you can drop off both age groups at one place and one time so that they can have Christian fellowship and time to grow in their faith (or you can have your driving high schooler take your middle schooler with them, lol). Cedar Point Trip! Middle Schoolers & High Schoolers are invited for a day of fun on the roller coasters of Cedar Point on Wednesday, August 10th! The cost is $50 and includes admission, travel to & from park, breakfast, and a water bottle for the day. Forms & money are due on Sunday, July 31st! JAMS Bring-a-Friend Policy: Friends are ALWAYS welcome to attend JAMS events! It doesn’t matter if someone is a member of Redeemer or not, everyone is welcome! Just make sure that friends’ parents fill out permission slips for JAMS events. Sometimes, we even offer discounts if you bring a friend to JAMS!
JAMS $$ Reminder: We take checks made out to “Lutheran Church of the Redeemer” or cash. If your family or a friend’s family is unable to pay for a JAMS event, just contact Laura and she can help you out! We have money set aside to help out families who need assistance. We want you to participate!
