JAMS (Middle School)

J.A.M.S. is for kids in 6th, 7th and 8th grades and is run in coordination with Redeemer’s Confirmation program. J.A.M.S. provides fun fellowship opportunities throughout the year and prepares our middle school students for Redeemer’s senior high youth program.

JAMS School’s Out Lock-In!!!!!!
Let’s start out the summer right by staying up late! All middle school students going into grades 6-8 are invited to join us for lots of pizza/pop/snacks/ice cream, dodgeball, Aliens in the Church, Bible Study, movies, games, and MORE! It all happens on Friday, June 21st! Get dropped off at 7pm and picked up the next morning at 9am. Cost is $15 for advanced registration or $20 at the door. Wednesdays from 6 to 8 PM, starting June 19th – ALL SUMMER LONG!

Summer JAMS & RYG

Middle Schoolers (JAMS) & High Schoolers (RYG) are hanging out on Wednesdays from 6-8pm ALL SUMMER LONG!  July dates are: July 10th, July 17th, & July 24th – and there’s NO COST!  JAMS meets in the Gym for dinner, lots of games, and a devo!  RYG meets outside on the playground for dinner & Bible Study!  Parents, you can drop your high schooler and middle schooler off at one time so that they can have Christian fellowship and some time to grow in their faith!  Contact Gia, Eric, or Laura for more information.  Click here for more info.

Wednesday, August 14th, 7 AM to 11:30 PM

Cedar Point
Middle Schoolers & High Schoolers are invited for a day of fun on the roller coasters of Cedar Point on Wednesday, August 14th!  The cost is $50 and includes admission, travel to & from park, breakfast, and a water bottle for the day.  Grab a permission slip from outside Eric/Gia’s Office, Laura’s Office, or download one hereForms & money are due on Sunday, August 4th!  Contact Gia, Eric, or Laura for more information.  Click here for more info.

JAMS Bring-a-Friend Policy: Friends are ALWAYS welcome to attend JAMS events! It doesn’t matter if someone is a member of Redeemer or not, everyone is welcome! Just make sure that friends’ parents fill out permission slips for JAMS events. Sometimes, we even offer discounts if you bring a friend to JAMS!

JAMS $$ Reminder: We take checks made out to “Lutheran Church of the Redeemer” or cash. If your family or a friend’s family is unable to pay for a JAMS event, just contact Laura and she can help you out! We have money set aside to help out families who need assistance. We want you to participate!
